Our first meeting together is just a conversation and quick questionnaire, typically conducted over the phone. This approach gives you a clearer understanding of my role as an advisor and allows us to explore how I can assist you with your financial needs analysis. 


This meeting isn’t intended to sell you anything; in fact, if it doesn’t resonate, I’ll treat you to a coffee.

Our second meeting serves as a comprehensive overview of your financial needs analysis. Building on what we discussed in our first meeting, we will delve deeper into your financial needs and goals, ensuring we provide the necessary claims support throughout the process. 


We will focus on a few key topics, such as your goals, assets and liabilities, income, and retirement. Since there is no one-size-fits-all approach, we recognize that every individual or family has unique needs, wants, and resources—particularly when navigating the insurance application process.

After we’ve met and completed the financial needs analysis, I will carry out an in-depth analysis and prepare a personalized action plan based on your objectives. I’ll then present this plan to you, and if it suits you, we will proceed with the insurance application process. Depending on the product, there are different application processes, and I will also provide claims support as needed.

Insurance products are typically divided into two categories: underwritten and 'simple-issue.' Based on your financial needs analysis, budget, and health history, we can anticipate what the insurance application process will entail for you. 


In most cases, you can complete the application process online or over the phone. Additionally, you'll receive digital copies of all documents created and submitted, and if you prefer, these can also be mailed to you. Rest assured, our claims support team is here to assist you throughout the journey.

The reality of our industry is that clients will inevitably need claims support. My commitment to you and your family is that I will be with you every step of the way throughout the insurance application process.


Whenever I sell a life insurance product, I ensure that I have established a connection with the policy beneficiary and contingent beneficiaries, minimizing any risk of being left in the dark. 


Whether it's a life, critical illness, or disability claim, I understand that the process can often feel daunting. I will assist you to ensure that everything is completed accurately and in a timely manner, addressing all your financial needs analysis along the way.

Life is, of course, full of changes. I contact my clients at least once a year to offer a reevaluation of their Financial Needs Analysis, ensuring their claims support is up to date. I also encourage my clients to reach out anytime they want to make a change or update during the insurance application process.
